I draw on my experience and take action to live well in the present moment. I seek occasions to step beyond my comfort zone to learn daily lessons.

The older I get, the better I am at living.

I am grateful for past experiences and the wisdom I have now. I know that each event is unchangeable, but I can shape my thoughts about them.

I understand that we learn from every experience. They make me stronger and wiser. As I accumulate knowledge of how life works, I become less vulnerable with each step forward.

I am happy with my age. I enjoy many new encounters and adventures and live life fully. I take risks, explore, and learn new lessons in life.

I am free to dream big dreams and to pursue those dreams. I understand that I must gain clarity on my goals and align myself now, in the present, with what it is that I want.

I recognize that aging is inevitable. I am glad that I have so much life left to experience. I am thankful for all the amazing experiences in my life. I am excited to continue discovering and experiencing life.

Today, I accept all the changes in life – physical, mental, and spiritual. I rejoice in my maturity and the experience of my journey.
