What the new Restrictions mean.

@JesseArreguin I want to express my deep gratitude to everyone who is working to keep our community safe during the shelter in place. This includes, but not limited to our first responders, garbage collectors, grocery store employees, transit drivers and healthcare workers. Thank you.
